• Registration: Click Sign Up and provide the required details to create your account.

• What you’ll provide: We’ll ask for your first name, last name, date of birth, email, and a valid phone number. Your account number is the phone number you used to register.
• Data changes: Some basic data such as your first name, last name, date of birth, or PIN cannot be changed after registration, while other details can be updated with verification.
• Deposits: You don’t have to deposit right away. You can add funds later using the Deposit option whenever you’re ready.
• Security and recovery: If you forget your password or PIN, use the reset flow to regain access to your account.
• Support: If you need help during registration or with your account, our support team is available via chat or email.

Betting with Jjwin: placing bets and your options

Here is the step by step flow to place a bet and the main bet types you’ll encounter.

1. Log in with your username and password.
2. Explore bets and select one or more outcomes. Your selections appear in the bet slip on the right.
3. Enter your stake and choose a bet type (Single, Express/Multibet, System, or Chain).
4. Confirm the bet to place it. Bets are binding once confirmed under our general terms.

• Single: A single outcome with a fixed stake. If it wins, winnings = odds multiplied by the stake.
• Express/Multibet: Multiple events. All selected events must win for the bet to pay out; total odds are the product of the individual odds.
• System: A multievent bet that creates several combinations. For example, a 2/5 system means that at least 2 of the 5 selected events must win.
• Chain: A sequential stake on independent events. The unit stake is placed on the first selection; if it wins, the unit is moved to the next selection, and so on until the chain finishes or funds run out.
• Handicap: A head start added to a selection's score or points to balance bets, which can be positive or negative depending on the offering.
• Half-time / Full-time: A common format where the first symbol shows the half-time result and the second symbol shows the full game result (for example, W1/W2).
• Hattrick: A bet that a player scores three or more goals in the match.

Limits and minimums are shown in the bet slip. The platform may set winnings limits or minimum stakes that apply to certain markets. You’ll see any applicable limits when you place a bet.

How you know your bet is accepted: after you press Make a Bet, you’ll receive a confirmation if the bet has been placed successfully. All bets you place are recorded in your Bet History for reference.
